End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Build Sync (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) regarding your use of our software application (“App”) and related services.

1. License Grant

Build Sync grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

• You may not modify, reverse-engineer, or decompile the App.
• You may not use the App for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable laws.
• You may not rent, lease, sublicense, or distribute the App without written consent from Build Sync.

3. Ownership

All intellectual property rights in and to the App remain the exclusive property of Build Sync. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

4. Updates and Maintenance

Build Sync may provide updates or modifications to the App from time to time. Continued use of the App after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

5. Termination

Build Sync may terminate this Agreement at any time if you breach its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and destroy all copies in your possession.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranty of any kind. Build Sync disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Build Sync be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the App.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
